About the project

The Colegio Único de Corredores Inmobiliarios de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (CUCICBA) regulates and registers real estate brokers within the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires—overseeing professional practice, licensing, and public transparency.

For agency Publiland, we implemented an interactive map with geolocation and a searchable Listado de inmobiliarias: neighborhood filters, synchronized list and map markers, custom info windows with agency details, and map/satellite views across the CABA territory.

Built with HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery and integrated into the institution’s site—member services, legislation, news, and login—so citizens and professionals could find licensed brokers by location on a single, authoritative platform.
