About the project

Iberostate is the property arm of Grupo Iberostar, specialized in high-end residential development integrated into golf courses—villas and condos in privileged Iberostar resorts with 5-star services, respecting the local environment.

For agency Publiland, we built a functional mockup for the Iberostar resort portfolio: horizontal accordion homepage, multi-project navigation (Playa Bávaro, Praia do Forte, and more), property gallery with bedroom selectors, photo and floor-plan views, interactive masterplans, news and press room, and Members/Brokers login areas.

Delivered with HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery—animated panels, property map interactions, image carousels, and tabbed plano/fotos modules so stakeholders could review the full purchase journey before production build.
