About the project
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singer Island, Palm Beach is a luxury oceanfront development by Lionheart Capital—27-story towers on 8.8 acres along the Atlantic, marketed with the service standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand.
For agency Publiland, we delivered a functional mockup for the pre-launch sales site: hero slider and amenity highlights, illustrated geolocation map linking Singer Island to major cities, tabbed interactive site plan with selectable residence units, photo gallery with thumbnails and slideshow controls, and property amenities grids.
Built with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL—map hotspots, floor-plan tabs, gallery carousels, and contact flows so brokers and buyers could explore inventory before production launch.
