About the project
Vía Noticias is a digital newspaper focused on breaking news about current affairs in Argentina and the world—politics, economy, sports, culture, society, technology, opinion, travel, and fashion.
We developed a custom WordPress theme that organizes a high-volume newsroom into clear category sections, with integrated search, traffic and weather widgets, video rails, and sponsorship zones across a dense homepage grid.
jQuery-powered sliders animate featured notes and hero stories; category color coding, breaking-news tickers, and modular blocks (including dedicated sports branding such as Vía Deportes) keep readers scanning a fast-moving front page built for daily publishing.
